Headquartered in Bristol, IN, MARK LINE Industries was founded on June 25, 1968, by Mr. L.M.
(Mike) Arnold, to manufacture high quality mobile offices for the
construction industry.
Over the years, MARK LINE has evolved by expanding into permanent and
re-locatable (temporary) modular buildings for commercial, institutional and government applications.

MARK LINE operate from modern office and production facilities in Indiana, Pennsylvania
and North Carolina. Each location is served by an
experienced team of modular design engineers and building
professionals stationed at the corporate headquarters.
MARK LINE buildings and mobile offices are marketed through a network of independent building or trailer
dealers, and commercial lease/rental companies. MARK LINE structural components are provided to building contractors and
commercial developers.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
MODULAR BUILDINGS: Each MARK LINE structure is custom built to
occupancy and code requirements for the designated building site. A modular plan is first engineered in-house and submitted for state approval
prior to production. State or state-certified code inspectors visit our factories during production, as they do all traditional
building sites, to verify that construction is according to applicable building methods and code. The end result is a building that looks and lasts no
different than those built on site.
When a modular building is designed for a permanent foundation, the aesthetic possibilities are nearly endless as real brick,
stone, etc. are applied following delivery and setup.
Our buildings range from very small 25 sq/ft in-plant offices, to large single and multi-story complexes that exceed 50,000 sq/ft. Construction is offered in
your choice of wood or steel frame with optional re-enforced poured concrete floor. Types of
Building Systems
BUILDING COMPONENTS: Core building frames are used by site contractors to greatly reduce the time required to frame-up and secure their building
projects. Contractors can order structural frames to include whatever systems, components and mechanicals they prefer factory
installed. Normal inclusions are windows, doors, interior walls, insulation, plumbing, cabinetry, electrical and fixtures.
Modular Components
MARK LINE components reduce construction time, thus the contractors' exposure to site-related peril, such as
costly weather delays, material damage, theft and vandalism. Our components also allow contractors to compete aggressively with a given labor force and fewer sub-contractors. Dealers/Contractors
MOBILE OFFICES: MARKLINE brand mobile offices rank among the industry's finest
in quality and durability. Customers choose from standard lengths, widths and floor plans, or custom order to their exact needs. Typical applications are job site
construction trailers, field offices, mobile testing and learning centers, mobile laboratories, workshops, restroom facilities, clean and
