FREESTANDING MRI FACILITY

When hospital Executives decided to add a permanent imaging addition, Mark Line was chosen due to its experience in diagnostic buildings. Also key was the estimated 30-40 percent (30-40%) time savings offered by modular building construction; whereas site development, local permitting and construction could all begin simultaneously. This 1,664 square foot building features a Mark Line non-combustible one hour construction system with poured concrete floor, finished drywall, RF shielding, sprinkler system, suspended ceiling, and aggregate exterior to match the existing hospital.

BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING FACILITY   

This 23,000 sq./ft. Biomedical Engineering Building features commercial lab flooring, stainless steel cabinetry, and low maintenance Panel-15 exterior siding. Located in a peaceful wooded environment, the building was a challenge to place around trees that had to be left untouched.

MODULAR MRI SOLUTIONS -  "An Unusual First Step!"  

This 1,650 SF MRI Center was an unusual “first step” towards construction of a new hospital. Executives decided the detached MRI Center would be built first and much faster using modular construction; starting the revenue stream early to offset hospital construction cost. Mark Line was selected along with their strategic partners, LG Medical Technology and Pac-Van, to provide construction services and project management up to magnet installation and operation. The materials and construction techniques for this project equal or exceed the technical demands of today’s medical building construction.

MODULAR BUILDING SOLUTIONS -  "The Sky's the Limit!"  

The Challenge: A crowded metropolis with limited real estate and a multi-year hospital expansion requiring approx. 21,000 SF of engineering office space.

The Solution: Install temporary modular offices on the top deck of a multi-level parking garage located directly across the street from the hospital. This creative use of space satisfied the customer's needs and as an added bonus, provided a birds-eye view of the project as it progressed.
