Plumbing and electrical rough-ins were strategically placed to allow the developer to finish the interior with the same finishes, and furnishings as the high-rise condos being constructed. This marriage of factory built structures and site completed finishes has been an ever-growing trend among today’s leading residential developers due to speed and flexibility. |

MODULAR OFFICES - "Time is Money" What does the world’s second largest chemical company do when they have an urgent need for additional office space to launch a new polymer? They call upon modular of course!!! The phrase “Time is Money” is rarely more relevant than when a company is introducing a new product to its marketplace. With that in mind, plans for this custom-built 2900+ SF office swung into action. The use of a wide-open floor plan complemented by modular furniture provided the required space within the tight deadline. |

MODULAR BRANCH BANKING OFFICE - Relocatable This commercial modular branch bank was placed to serve customers while demographic studies determined what services and branch size was needed. It continued serving the community while their permanent building was constructed. This relocatable facility was later moved to another location and reused to evaluate further expansion. In the event of an emergency such fully-contained temporary banking centers can quickly put a bank or credit union back in business! |

COMMUNITY CENTER Shhhh….don’t upset the retirees!!! When an established retirement development needed a Community Center but didn’t want all of the disruptions associated with conventional construction they called upon modular. This three unit modular office was delivered and set in a single afternoon. A couple of weeks of additional site work, mostly interior finishes, were all that were needed and the building was complete. The end result….the look and feel of a site built Community Center at a mere fraction of the time. |

SALES OFFICE This sales center, for condominium towers, is unique with three modular units and a crane-set-on-site atrium; using an energy-efficient skylight with sandwich glass panels. Customized duct work was designed to circulate air and heat to the middle section of the building to reduce heat loss so heating the open space did not become a fruitless endeavor. Other features include office space, design center and a deck overlooking the proposed site. |

MODULAR OFFICE ADDITION - "Winter Time Construction!" The crane places a Mark Line noncombustible module over the crawl space and stem wall foundation system to add a 1100 square foot office addition to this industrial building. Exterior and interior finishes match the existing structure. Pleasing architecture is not sacrificed when Mark Line’s permanent accelerated modular construction system is used. The addition features steel framing, poured concrete floor and commercial sprinkler system. The Mark Line engineering department insured all prevailing state codes were met. |
