TWO-STORY MODULAR OFFICE BUILDING 

When the conventional site built proposal exceeded budget the customer turned their attention to modular. The end result proved to be a wise choice. This permanent office building was completed in less time and for less cost than the conventional proposal. As an added bonus, the customer utilized some of the “extra” money to make numerous upgrades to the building. Upgrades comprised of ceramic tile floors and walls in restrooms, and two fully functional kitchens complete with solid oak cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

MULTI-LEVEL MODULAR BUILDING

This 29,000 sq./ft. two story pharmaceutical office building offered a fast-track solution at a corporate campus with limited space. Manufactured and installed for future relocation if required, the facility features painted Texture 1-11 wood siding, interior stairs, onsite installed elevator, and floor file tracking systems.
